WHAT IS ARCHVIZ?
Architectural visualisations are artist's impressions of concepts yet to be built.
I produce architectural CGIs, and 3D construction drawings of whatever you are hoping to build, enabling you to show others exactly what you have in mind.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
As a freelancer, I work from home, so I don't have the overheads and expenses of larger office-based companies, and so I can keep my prices lower.
Each project is priced on an individual basis. Several factors determine the costs, such as the complexity of the model, the amount of information supplied, the time-scale, and the extent of detail required in the finished images.
The lowest-priced visuals are grey-scale, mass model images, these are often all you will need to relay your ideas to planners or architects but many clients opt for the high-end photorealistic architectural visualisations, which showcase a high level of detail and realism.
These architectural CGI studies are extremely useful for conveying clear ideas to contractors, especially where communication issues may arise, due to language barriers or physical distances.
Basic, 'mass model' images start from £85 per elevation, with discounts available for multiple images.
WHAT DO I NEED FROM THE CLIENT?
3D models and subsequent photorealistic architectural CGIs and product development images, can be created from as little or as much information as you can provide, be that a doodle on a napkin, to a full set of construction drawings.
I will work with you to get your ideas and visions from your imagination onto the computer screen.
In most cases the entire process can be carried out remotely, so there's no need for me to visit the site in person.
